Confirmed from Lawrence Parks Department's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-friendly green space with swings, slides and picnic tables, plus a ball field.
What runners say about Lawrence Parks Department
“I coach a rec league softball team and we use the park for practice twice a week and it's always clean and well cared for.”
He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. Psalm 33:5 This is a nice park that is usually quiet and clean when I visit. This is a good place to walk the trail for exercise, walk your dog or have a picnic.
Other than the rain which is no fault of Lawrence Park I enjoyed my time yesterday. I had a nice walk and I was not alone.. there was a team practicing baseball, people at the skate park, on the hill and on the playground. It was wonderful to see. I will definitely be back.
My family and I came here to watch the fireworks..but it rained on our parade! This was the perfect location. Families were having a good time. Children running around playing..then here come the rain..smh Anyway.. this is a nice park to have family events, cook outs or a place to chill and have a couple of bud lights.
I love this park! Depending on the time of day, it's a great place to play with your dog, as long as you clean up after your dog. It's a great place to go for a run, or play a game of softball, baseball, or basketball.
