Confirmed from Fountain Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

I was heading out of town but wanted to see th famous fountain. Found out it only goes off every hour on the hour for 15 mins. When I drove up it had already been going off for 8 mins. It is beautiful. Neat to see. They cut it off and water comes cascading down.

Absolutely beautiful! The fountain is breathtaking to watch, especially when it shoots high into the sky — it’s the perfect centerpiece of the town. The park itself is very clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, with plenty of walking paths, green spaces, and spots to relax by the lake.

Wonderful Park with a beautiful lake and of course the amazing fountain. Great walking path around it and fantastic scenic views. There is even a restaurant where you can buy food, and the toy store, disc golf, and more.

This is a beautiful and very clean park. It has walking paths, and strolling through it is a real pleasure in a lovely family-friendly atmosphere. Pets are allowed, and there's a café for coffee and public restrooms. The tall and stunning fountain is a sight to behold.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 26 mentions

“The lake, wide walking path, and open grassy areas make it perfect for a stroll, jog, or just sitting on a bench and taking in the mountain and water views.”
