A non-strenuous hiking trail and generally well-maintained. The red loop takes you to some diverse terrain and vegetation along a bayou with an overlook.
A pretty nice walk. Not much elevation but the trails were clean and you can tell that they are trying to keep it maintained.
Lovely trail. Lots of variety of plant life. The short 30 minute trail has a ridge view of Heron Bayou. The longer 2-hour trail has plenty of pitcher plants and another view of Heron Bayou.
Best low key hiking trails in town. Perfect for a quick afternoon hike. Also recently expanded with new trails!
