Confirmed from Foxglove Meadow Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Kid-friendly park, featuring a playground, a gazebo, picnic tables, tennis courts and multiple walking paths.
What runners say about Foxglove Meadow Park
“5 mile paved trail lined benches shaded with a bounty of beautiful trees.”
“Nestled in a quiet little neighborhood off Monroe, this is a hidden gem of a park.”
Cozy, secluded, very pet friendly, neighborhood park with a .5 mile paved trail lined benches shaded with a bounty of beautiful trees. Includes a kids play area, picnic tables, a picnic shelter with BBQ grill and tables, two recently resurfaced tennis courts, street parking and well maintained, handicap friendly…
There are a couple tennis courts, picnic tables, & a playground. The outer trail is 0.5 mi, if you add in the middle loop it's 0.6 mi. w/ bench's throughout & a nice bridge over a small stream that is home to many ducks. If you're lucky, you will see them with their chickies. Peaceful & quite.
Foxglove Meadow (4422 Willis Boulevard) is the perfect mid-sized city park. Tucked away in the neighborhood behind St. Anne's Hospital, it is meant primarily for use by neighbors who can walk or bike to it, as evidenced by the mere six paved parking spaces available at the end of Willis Boulevard.
Was a nice little park not busy had a great time playing on the playground. We didn't do the trail this time but will go back.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
