Confirmed from Whetstone Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Green space with a play structure and swings, along with picnic tables.
What runners say about Whetstone Park
“Clean, has a circle trail which is great for walking and jogging and keeping track of distance, fun playground for kiddos and a shelter area for a picnic.”
Drinking fountain for summer use. No restroom. Quiet neighborhood, close to the Urgent Care, plenty of field room to let kids run off energy or play ball, nice playset with mulch underneath. A survey was sent out recently to the locals asking the best ways to renovate and add to the park. More to come!
Clean, has a circle trail which is great for walking and jogging and keeping track of distance, fun playground for kiddos and a shelter area for a picnic. Small park, but a lot to offer for the space it has!
This was a wonderful playground. We appreciated the stairs. They allowed my Godson to could get to the slides. The walking track was nice and even. I would definitely recommend this park.
This is a nice little neighborhood park. I stop here once in awhile for a nice peaceful walking path to get my steps in. There is a nice play area for the kids. Nice little hidden gem.
