Off leash dogs and ticks are the only downside. Expansive fields and woods great for walking with dogs. You can see a long distance in the fields which allows you to keep track of other walkers if you need to. No shade in field so it's very sunny during good weather.
This place is beautiful and serene. Love coming here to watch sunsets and gather my thoughts. Nice walking trails, and have watched people fly Radio Controlled aircraft. Amazing. Enjoy it more than the beach.
Great place to take dogs or bike, extensive network of trails through both woods and fields. Plenty of parking!
Perfect place for an off leash dog walk. Also a great place to bird and deer hunt on cape.
