Confirmed from Frank Raines Regional Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Family-oriented park featuring picnic tables, a BBQ, a playground, and a hiking trail.
What runners say about Frank Raines Regional Park
“Very clean and well maintained.”
“Love this beautiful park a lot of family’s use it to bar b q and some for camping.”
Pretty place would not recommend to someone who only wants to go to the park. The park is really small. But i would definitely recommend just for the drive and the view. It was so beautiful I enjoyed the ride the whole way there.
I enjoyed the time spent in family. I absolutely love the playground. The trails are a bit steep and if you're not careful and wearing good hiking shoes you may easily have an accident. So please enjoy your drive out there. It's got beautiful scenery. Great for a quick getaway.
Stopped by on a Friday when returning from work. Serene and peaceful. I guess little boys & girls would like the place a lot. Surrounded by hills on all the sides i hope this may be an ideal place to watch the night sky. Need to check sometime. Post comments if you have any experience.
Grabbed lunch in Paterson, CA and then made the 17 mile drive to Frank Raines Regional Park to eat. Nice picnic area. Play structure for the kids. Grass with BBQ grills. Nice spot to enjoy some food and scenery!
