Confirmed from Frenchman's Forest Natural Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Protected wetlands habitat for rare plants & animals, with a viewing platform & hiking trails.

A lot of shade from the tall trees which makes it ideal place for bird watching and nature walking. There’s a paved sidewalk all the way to the beautiful gazebo, wheelchair accesible.
Very beautiful place to walk and hike! The dirt trails are a little soft so be careful very easily can you twist an ankle!! Wear hiking shoes or boots! I own The Millimeter To My Lens and this is a #1 spot to take beautiful family photos, graduation photos, maternity photos and wedding photos!!
