Galloway has really done an excellent job with this preserve! It is a gorgeous location. There is a ton of parking, a small but very nice pavilion with a couple benches to sit. They made a sledding hill (which looks like it will be pretty epic with some snow).
Plenty of space for parking.. Looks look me they are just getting started making it an official trail and reserve but looks like it's been used for years by dirt bikes and other locals. The parking area is new and there were people clearing out some areas in the woods as well.
Plenty of parking, a pavilion with a few benches. A trail around the rim of the dirt bike area. Also appears to be a trail in the woods that runs parallel to the rim trail.
Absolute fantastic nature preserve! There is a designated Sledding Hill, Disc Golf and miles of walking/biking/hiking trails. The views are amazing considering what was here before the preserve. Let's go Galloway! Give it a few years and the newly planted trees will fill the preserve with even more beauty.
