Confirmed from Genesys Nature Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Wooded nature preserve featuring ponds and trails for humans and dogs.
What runners say about Genesys Nature Trails
“It was pretty short but well kept with a combination of wooded board and concrete path making it very wheel chair compatible.”
“Great experience this past summer beautiful view small pond with geese floating around.”
“The paved trails themselves are so nice, it's so peaceful there and there are benches along the way if someone needs to rest or just to sit and chat it up.”
“We love walking our dogs on this trail.”
Beautiful walking path and quite long. A few stops along the way to rest and to stop and take photos or admire the ponds. It's a really peaceful and quiet walk that's quite a ways away from the hospital. The path has a shorter walk as well if you like. There are a couple crossings across the roads within the hospital.
We absolutely enjoy the walking trails here !!!! Very woodsie and not overwhelmed with people and other dogs. They have doggie poop bags located thru out the trails. One of my favorite places to walk
My original rating was from years ago, but I just went back the other day and I still just love it! The paved trails themselves are so nice, it's so peaceful there and there are benches along the way if someone needs to rest or just to sit and chat it up.
New to me! Paved trails and we'll made wood walkways over wet areas. Huge area so there are lots of options. This place is very well used and popular. Nice memorials area nearer the hospital itself and staff there seem to go there to recharge on lunch breaks! It's really nice!
