Confirmed from George M. Bush Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park showcasing a sandbox and sand pit, a playground and multiple ball fields for baseball, soccer, basketball and volleyball.

This is a nice park for walking, running, playing sports or dog walking. A few folks bicycle but hardly any as there are mostly walkers, runners and dogs. Open dawn to dusk.
This park is rather small. Yet its clean and the 1 mile loop trail does seem to go through some back neighborhoods if needed. If you are looking for some place in the afternoon (post noon) where there is not a ton of people and available parking in the afternoon.
Sand pit with a bunch of toys. Good safe playground with baseball fields, volleyball courts and place to walk around.
Great Community and Park. Well used and maintained. Good for Youth events supporting athletics. Provides space for Soccer players w/ netted goal stands also two Sand Basins w/ Nets for Volleyball &/or Badminton players. Enough room for Softball Games.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
