Confirmed from Gilbert Regional's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Gilbert Regional
“Very serene place to walk.”
I have lived in the community adjacent to the Riparian for the last 10 years. In the last year, they completed the expansion of the Riparian which effectively doubled its size. In addition, they added a free paved parking lot in the NW corner of the property.
Cool spot that I have driven by for a few years but didn't know what it was. Very serene. It's a series of gravel paths and bridges that circle many small lakes. Lots of wildlife. Free parking and convenient right across from Gilbert Regional Park Definitely worth checking out if you're local!
Nice place to walk or ride bikes. It’s very rocky. So not smooth cement. A little shade but not much. A few parking spots. No bathrooms
Very nice area for a walk. It is clean and quiet. We loved to watching the birds.
