Confirmed from Gilmore Pond - All persons trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Gilmore Pond - All persons trail

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (8 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

New favorite trail for the kiddos! Well taken care of, the path is amazing, a lot of off trails as well. Saw some bullfrogs, snakes, chipmunk, a rabbit and a squirrel. Definitely a must check out!!!

★★★★★ — Lana , Aug 2022

Incredible maintenance on the trail and well marked side paths to both Adams Street and Isaac Miller Road. Accessible for wheelchairs and stroller friendly. Bravo to the volunteers for creating such a delightful space to relax and enjoy peace and quiet 🙌🏼

★★★★☆ — Amanda , Mar 2022

Such a beautiful small trail that is accessible to most people. It's level, wide, has sitting spots and a rope railing. While visiting this nice pond and trail on a larger hike I was so glad to see multiple people of differing abilities using it!

★★★★★ — Central , Apr 2026

Beautiful place to walk and see wildlife. Not a long walk but lots to look at and a couple of times around - or more equals a reasonable walk for a day. Plus, there is a bench to sit on if needed.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
