Confirmed from Glen Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Kid-friendly park, with mountain-biking trails and a softball field.
What runners say about Glen Park
“There was plenty of parking, and the trails were really well maintained.”
Sweet place with awesome down hill tracks on one side and a cool little pump track setup on the other side. Good flow, nicely kept trails, smooth lines. This park is coming back to what it was years ago!
Great park with trails into the hills and along the beautiful Brodhead Creek. Definitely a great hike or bike trail. We did about 3.5 miles easy. Good fishing all through here.
I can see why this is a favorite riding spot among mountain bikers and enduro racers. With plenty of drops and jumps this place will definitely keep you on your toes. There was plenty of parking, and the trails were really well maintained. It is a bit of a spaghetti maze so have your Trailforks ready.
Great trails, weird location. You have to drive through a development then all of a sudden you're there. On the right down a little dirt path is a field you can park there. Or go as far as you can in front of you and park somewhere in the muck. Trails are well worth it lots of climbing but worthy downhills.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
