Confirmed from Glen Park trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Kid-friendly hiking area with a waterfall and opportunities for fishing.
What runners say about Glen Park trailhead
What’s not to love about nature. I did not necessarily go on many trails, but I did go Down the first one near the water, and then I went down the road near a bridge. It was nice to be outside. I didn’t see any waterfall this time around, I hope I see one soon.
Great bike and walking trails but you won't find that waterfall here. Very deceptive. Great fishing too. Yeah, a chick said that ... 😂
Great mtb trails. Climbed up the hill and made our way down. Trails from relatively easy to difficult. Kinda rocky in places. Kids loved the terrain area as well. Could have spent many more hours there. Located a min or so off I80.
I walked the lower trail along the Broadhead Creek. The trail is level and clean. At about the 1 mile mark is a old stone structure that can be transversed by using the rope anchored from the trail to the base of the structure.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfaceNatural surface — easiest on the joints and the most fun, but expect roots, rocks and mud after rain
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
