I visit this park often to walk my small dog. I love how huge the park is with its rolling hills, over-view of the river and the overall quietness of the environment. It has plenty of shaded picnic tables and shade from tall hardwood trees all over. There's a boat ramp and a disc golf course for recreational purposes.
Beautiful very well kept Park! We love the play area for the kids and the trails are beautiful. There's disc golf available and it's got a great view of the lake.
Awesome place to come and play Frisbee Golf or just walk around the rolling hills or even just sit under the huge NC pines and relax and take in mother nature. Either way you will enjoy this great spot.
Hilly, riverside setting with a playground and a frisbee golf course. There is a partial trail, away from the water on the other side. If you take that, you can get a three-quarter mile walk, maybe, around the perimeter.
