Confirmed from Glendale Nature Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Pretty easy to follow the trails.”

If you are looking for a trail a bit more secluded but still close to Spartanburg, this is what you may be looking for. Great trail, good parking lot

★★★★★ — Fedor , Oct 2025

Good parking with plenty of good trail indicators both mini placards and painted color bands on trees. Trail offers plenty of openings with grass along way as well good for a break. Wide trail so two way traffic is easy even when furry friends come along. Don't forget leashes are required! And pick up their 💩.

What a community treasure! We hiked 4mi. in 2 hours - the trail is super serene with great parking, mulitple dispersed maps, and a great way to get your nature on. Go Spartanburg! ❤️ (minutes away, we got a hubcap pancake at Dolline's)

★★★★★ — Todd , Jun 2025

Great addition to the collection of nature trails in spartanburg unfortunately some people make it less enjoyable since there are no rules in the park.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
