Confirmed from Glendale Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Picnic-friendly ball field for baseball with a playground and basketball court.
What runners say about Glendale Park
“Clean and spacious, they just planted a bunch of trees also to help the environment and stop erosion.”
“Wonderful, beautiful park, very well maintained (within budgetary consideration).”
I enjoyed listening to a free concert, Crossing the Line, at Glendale Park. There was ample parking, a paved pathway to walk on, pretty trees to sit under, and a bathroom nearby.
Theres a lot of walking space, which I like. Also, I like the playground but it is a bit small. I personally like to walk by the river by the fence behind the playground.
Glendale Park has recently made quite a few renovations, so now there is a system of paved pathways and new picnic tables. The paved pathways have now added a lot more areas to walk, which is great to see. So many people were walking here regularly, so these renovations are just what this park needed.
Great local park, I go here for their 1/2 mile walking loop. There's a nice little playground for kids, a batting cage, tennis/pickle ball courts and always lots of baseball games in the evenings in the spring and summer which make for fun watching while you try to get your steps in!
