Confirmed from GLTrust Converse Brook Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about GLTrust Converse Brook Preserve
“Really quiet and peaceful, very well marked too!”
Nice, new preserve. Not very big. It was about 1.5 miles and less than an hour to walk the orange trail loop from the parking lot. Most is a rocky path through the woods. Trails are well marked. The park has horse trails that pass through and use some of the same trails.
This preserve has a beautifully landscaped parking area. There are trails for hiking and horseback riding but no dogs are allowed. Be prepared for a bit of mud. I had no idea how long the trails were. It would be nice if the map were updated to show the length of each trail.
Great new trail system donated by the water company. Excellent parking, bridges, and trail map.
