I really enjoyed this walking trail. It had natural incline and declines which is a calorie booster and made my legs burn. Plus, it felt easier to get 3 miles in since 1 lap is ~ 1.5 miles, making it feel quicker to workout lol
I had a wonderful walk this morning on this trail. The path is not a paved trail which is fine with me. I believe it is not suitable for a wheelchair. There is very little shade on the trail so a morning or evening walk might be better if you don’t want to walk in the heat.
This is a great trail for able-bodied individuals and those with a good jogging stroller. It's beautiful with plenty of parking. Great for walking, running or taking your dog. The trail is paved asphalt, but it is very worn and broken in many spots.
My husband & I love it here. We do our 5k walks here and it has plenty of space to walk on the trail. Great views. They have portable bathrooms. 2 parking lots. It's now one of our favorite parks to walk.
