Confirmed from Hope Mills Municipal Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a baseball field and basketball courts and a splash pad for kids, along with playgrounds, a dog park, a skate park and tennis courts.

“With the updates and splash pad being all in one area this is a blessing for parents with children of all ages.”
Nice park. Clean. Kid liked it. Feels safe. Could use a shaded area to sit and supervise. Looks like construction is underway. Other than that, no complaints.
Very nice park. It's so clean and huge. Whatever sport you want to play, this park has the means to facilitate it. It's also great to take younger children for the playground or splash pad. I enjoyed walking the track.
This is the one place in that town where people collectively remember sunlight exists. Sports fields, basketball courts, skate park, dog park, playground, walking trail. It’s basically a small-town attempt at doing everything. Big playground, splash areas, open space.
Went on a weekday so it was not crowded at all. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Bathroom facilities are near the playground, was with a toddler so all our time was spent on the kids playground but there appeared to be some very nice playing courts for basketball possibly tennis and other sports.
Trail conditions & character
