Confirmed from Gould Mesa trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Peaceful hiking area with a waterfall and multiple water crossings.

“Beautiful trail once you get past the service road lots of water right now after the two bridges you have to get wet totally worth it though”
“Water has run a little dry this time of year, but it's beautiful nonetheless and provides a nice, easy, shaded hike.”
This is a great place for hiking, but the entrance is not clear, so get the asphalt road all way to the end, and you see the hiking trail.
It was nice trail. It takes about an hour to reach the small waterfall and 5 miles round trip.
Nice trail with stream crossings. I found this Damn waterfall at the end of the trail. I'm just glad to be out the house.
The trailhead of Gould Mesa road to arroyo Seco river. It’s a shortcut to the west Gabrieleno trail. But it’s kind of exposed. Better to come in the morning. Many pretty yellow, orange and red flowers along the way. You can also see a big substation.
