Confirmed from Great Egg Harbor Shared Use Path Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Great Egg Harbor Shared Use Path Trailhead
The walk/run/bike path is located behind and maybe 50 feet south of the Great Egg Toll on the Graden State Parkway; specifically on the south bound side of Exit 29. This path can be accessed in two locations. First, you go south on US 9 in Somers Point; reference point is Somers Point/Mayslanding Road.
Very underated stretch I usually am here for Ninety-Nine percent 🐦🐦 photos as last year I was tracking a pair of bald eagles and this would be my starting point ..
It's a nice path along the side of the Garden State Parkway, providing access between Somers Point and Beesley's Point. It is also not that busy, especially compared to the Ocean City Bike Path. Definitely check this place out.
Not crowded like s.p. + o.c. bridge. Good for dogs too. My senior affenshit walked the entire length of the path and back! Great westerly view of the sunset. Like what other reviewers mentioned, there are birds if that's your jam.
Trail conditions & character
“Ran this Friday 3 miles there and back nice breezy scenic walkway not to busy”
