Confirmed from Green Ribbon Trail (North Wales Rd Trailhead)'s own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Green Ribbon Trail (North Wales Rd Trailhead)
“During the lockdowns, I called Lower Gwynedd Township, and they were so helpful in pointing me towards their many many beautiful and FREE walking trails for enjoyment and exercise!”
Nice trail but a pain to cross the road. Is it Walnut St or is it North Wales Rd?
Well, I only got to walk about about .75 miles of this trail, and I will definitely be coming back. Went there with two of my kids, but we got there a bit too late, so I had to turn around after about 20 minutes. The little that I did makes me want to come back. You can see the beauty in the pictures.
This is a great and lengthy trail because it gives you a variety of nature and surfaces. The North third of the trail is more hike oriented, the middle third of the trail is a combination of hiking and paved, and the bottom portion is mostly wide and paved.
This is mostly a flat trail lined with poison ivy plants on both sides of the walking path. Please stay on the walking path. There are a few muddy puddles on the trail and it is advisable to wear boots.
