Confirmed from Greenview Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Greenview Park
“Beautiful park, very clean with trees, plants and fenced in on three sides.”
The exercise equipment are meant for old people. Like seniors. I tested them out and I can tell for sure that you'll get more exercise from running after your child or climbing the stuff in the park.
Has nice short walking/jogging path around the park. Easy to get some exercise while still watching your kids. Also had a covered spot for picnicking.
Very nice family and dog friendly neighborhood park. There is a nice shaded gazebo
Trail conditions & character
“There was also a covered pavilion with a picnic table, but no bathroom.”

- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
