Confirmed from Grimes Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
City park on 75 acres, with baseball/softball, soccer & BMX facilities, concessions & picnicking.
What runners say about Grimes Park
“It was clean, there were enough picnic tables with benches, the restrooms were clean and well stocked with toilet paper and soap, and the atmosphere was great!”
We started going to Grimes Park around July/August of this year and its been a great experience. Desoto/DSA has done a great job with the upkeep. Fields has been in good condition, trails for walking, playground for kids, picnic/bench area for the ones that just want to chill. We enjoy it...
Plenty of trees for shade clean family atmosphere folding chairs blankets allowed no food or alcohol allowed at events quality speakers during performances or DJ mix prepare to walk a half a mile to park unless you have handicap placard or VIP to attend events several food vendors available restrooms and water…
Love to take my 🐕 for walks here. Very peaceful. Clean and big for my walks. My 🐕 enjoys his walks here too.
