Confirmed from Harbison State Forest's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Sprawling forest with 18 miles of hiking trails, a canoe landing, picnic shelters & a meeting space.

If you live in the greater Columbia area, Harbison, alongside Sesquicentennial State Park, are the go tos for a good hike or run. Harbison is a bit superior for running though as the trails are more challenging, especially the elevation.
I run on the trails weekly at least. I love this forest in the middle of the city. The weekends can get busy with mountain bikes, but they are always courteous and have never bothered me. The trails are great and there are so many that I am always changing my routes up for new scenery and they never get old.
