Confirmed from Harrison Lake State Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
142-acre park offering swimming & dog beaches, fishing, trails, play areas & a campground.

“Tons of activitys to do for adults and children of all ages!”
A hidden gem of the Ohio State Parks! A bit out of the way... but worth the drive. The staff and volunteers do an excellent job of taking care of the campground. Even going the extra mile of raking around the fire pits. The campground is extremely kid friendly with several playgrounds to choose from.
It was out first trip to Harrison Lake State Park. It was abnormally chilly our weekend, but our family had a blast fishing, riding scooters, hiking and exploring the park. We'd want to come back when it's warmer to play in the water and bring some kayaks. The sites are spacious and you don't feel cramped.
One of our favorite go to places. In the spring we love to ride our bikes through the trails. In the summer we love to camp, go fishing, and go swimming. In the fall we love enjoying all the sounds and beautiful leaves that change colors. Peaceful walks in the night.
When I say this park was clean, I mean it was spectacular. Tent camped in spot 202S and the bathrooms within walking distance was so so clean. Well maintained park. Proud to be a supportive contributor to our parks.
