Confirmed from Hartwood Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Dog-friendly park with farm-themed playground equipment like a tractor and corn stalks.
What runners say about Hartwood Park
“Plenty of space for kids to run around, the toy structures are interesting and their bathroom was clean!”
Amazing park for kids 3 and up. We utilize the field right next to the playground with the littles play. There is a disc golf course and a gravel walking path as well that goes a good distance. It's a very tranquil spot. There is a parking lot, and a porta-potty that was very clean (can't guarantee this of course).
Good country themed community park with a smaller playground that is great for smaller children. There's a short gravel trail that crosses a creek. Perfect for a leisurely walk with your four-legged best friend. The views are quite nice as well.
Disk Golf and a trail loop in this park. Sitting above Washougal along a green belt, this park is part of a hill. It offers a nice playground with a farm theme and tracker too. The tail loop has a fair bit of elevation change and connection to Camp Park. Be sure to watch to Owls.
This park is great! Plenty of space for kids to run around, the toy structures are interesting and their bathroom was clean!
Trail conditions & character
“What they do have is a really cool play version of a tractor, a pig pen, and stalks of corn for kids to climb on.”
“However there isn't year around bathroom facilities, which is limited to just a port-a-potty in nicer months.”
“There is a disc golf course and a gravel walking path as well that goes a good distance.”
