Confirmed from Hatfield Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring picnic facilities, a playground, a skate park, ball fields, and a lake with a dock.
What runners say about Hatfield Park
“Nice clean city campground.”
Nice park for baseball/softball. Had a full bathroom facility with running water and portapots. Playground is small but nice with a net to block for foul balls. Dugouts are covered and a covered pavilion is between field 1 and 2. Has two full concession stands. There is also a boat launch and skate park as well.
It is a nice small RV park with full hookup. We were there to visit family. There were bike trails to walk. The only thing we were disappointed about was the lack of fire pits. We do most of our cooking over a fire. Overall we enjoyed camping at Hatfield Park, and overall I would give it a 4.5 rating .
According to grandson, "this doesn't look anything like New Richmond. Where the benches are, it looks like New Richmond. Where there aren't any benches, it doesn't look like New Richmond." There ya go. Nice bike/hike trails.
Lovely park with lots of amenities. Ballfields, playground, skatepark, lake with a dock, and a trail.
