Great local pond with quite a few ducks and geese. There’s a sidewalk that loops around the pond, which is nice for jogging or family walks. Picnic tables and grills are available nearby as well for outings and parties.
Heartwood pond is like a song from Zelda Ocarina of time, it’s like a sweet melody. The park is pleasant , beautiful and an amazing place for evening walks. Combined with no lights it’s a perfect place to star gaze. Benches are new and comfy.
Nice park to walk around with the kids and get onto the Huckleberry trail and go bicycling, walking or running
Take a walk along the paved trail that encircles the pond. Sit in the gazebo, on the benches, or at the picnic tables. There is a lot of space for a blanket picnic, too.
