Confirmed from Hewlett Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Public park with a playground, picnic tables, grills, and a lake, plus restrooms.
What runners say about Hewlett Park
“There is also a dog park with potty baggies to clean up after your furbabies near the trail.”
“The park is covered with a sun shade for those sunny days.”
Great landscaping! It's free, relaxing, and pretty quiet, and a short walk from the square. There are always tons of festive lights around Christmas time, and many of us have made it a tradition to walk around enjoying them.
This is the best park I have seen in a long time. Very clean, an open feel to it and a great place for kids to play. Several swings, slides etc and all well taken care of. Wonderful place to walk your dogs. And many places to piknik with overhead to keep one safe from Sun and rain. Loved it.
Great Bathrooms, very clean, big enough to clean up in. Playgrounds, lots of parking, dock, fishing. Picnic areas and tables, well maintained!! Some of best Parks workers!!! Near Downtown Square & across from City Beach and water walk ways. About 1 1/2 of walking paths.
Very nice, clean park, clean well maintained restrooms. Nice playground area. Lots of covered picnic tables spread out throughout the whole park. Also a covered pavilion for having family get together or birthday parties or whatever pretty spacious lots of picnic tables underneath it.
