Confirmed from Hidden Falls' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park with a waterfall that's accessible by a trail and suitable for children.
What runners say about Hidden Falls
“Such a nice and beautiful place to relax and after a little hike to see the falls.”
Great place for young kids to swim, clear and cold. Low rocks they can safely jump from. Gravel beach and a lot of flat boulders for lounging. About 250m from the old bridge. Go west on the trail on the north side of bridge. When the trail splits go left.

Hiked this on 6/21, the water level was down, not much water flowing. We visited the Chewacla spillway first, then went to the Trailhead. But, the water is low enough you can park at the spillway parking lot, cross the stream, and pick up the trail to Hidden "Natural Falls".
A little off the beaten path to find these waterfalls, but well worth it. I visited during the winter time, so no swimming for me, but I imagine it would be a great spot to cool off on a hot summer day right by the falls in a blue hole.
