I have enjoyed this park for years. Love the small lake and the walking path. Used to bring the kids here to skip rocks. Nice little respite to relax and connect with my Higher Power.
Lives up to it's name! You wouldn't think that anything's here driving by the tiny parking lot. Hidden between a cemetery and upscale homes. Has paved and gravel paths through the woods, a lake, a wooden path through wetlands, and a dock. So peaceful.
Nice hidden pond. Short walk less than a mile peaceful. Ducks and muskrats love to see you. Listen to the frogs croaking.
Serene little pocket park in Lenexa with some trails leading to a small pond. We love bringing our dogs to walk the short trails in the woods, and think it would be great if the park service would also add a trail that goes around the pond.
