Wide, paved trail. First half mile or so was shaded, coming from 75th street trail head. The rest of the way, at least up until Shawnee mission parkway was open and sunny. Had a couple of wild flower patches. Traffic and industrial noise, but still a nice trail.
nice scenic (majority of it), paved trail for walking, bicycling, jogging, that runs through Merriam along the turkey creek. there are multiple playgrounds on this trail. as well as sitting areas, picnic tables and barbeques for cookouts.
This trail has a bench in front of a tree where I go and think of my daughter who passed away last year 😢..I love this place Gorgeous trail to reflect on life and talk to God
