Confirmed from High Rock Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Natural area with picnic pavilions & a gazebo, mineral springs & a 9/11 memorial sculpture.

Located just off High Rock Ave in what was once known as the "Upper Village", this quiet little park is where it all started - High Rock Spring - which has recently been restored. Tucked between the busy downtown and residential neighborhoods, High Rock Park is smaller and quieter than Congress Park.
You can see High Rock Spring for which the park & Avenue it's on are named and a couple others. There is an extrodinary 9-11 Memorial. This is a very serene vista. That is Unless it's Saturday. Saturday is Saratoga Farmer's Market and this locale is jamming on that day.
Really enjoyed my walk here. I especially love there’s a lot of parking to be able to come down to the Saturday farmers market. Didn’t taste the spring water but it’s pretty active and available.
A beautiful piece of history and nature in a small spot surrounded by urban Saratoga Springs. It's worth your time to just sit on a bench and relax to the sound of running water-beware in wet conditions, though, the gravel-sand pathways are more mud-like.
