Confirmed from Highland Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Relaxed park featuring disc golf, tennis courts and a pool, plus a playground for kids.
What runners say about Highland Park
“The building is showing its age, but seemed to be well maintained and has seating and tables for over 100 people.”
1.4 mile paved trail that is maintained. There’s a disc golf course with concrete pads and good signage at each hole. It’s not a pro course, but it’s good for casual play. The small lake has ducks and fishing is allowed. Lots of park benches are available around the park and trail.
This is one of our favorite parks. There is plenty to do from Frisbee golf to basketball. The path for the Frisbee golf course is pleasant if you just want a walking trail. There are two places for parties though only one is near the play area.
Nice quiet place to do just about anything from jogging, fishing, disc golf, tennis, etc. Never many people here and they left most of the nature intact on the 2nd & 3rd phase of the park. We love it here!!
A disc golf course, a little pond, nice walking trails, tennis courts that are very nice, a swimming pool, and a nice playground for the kids. Also a pretty good spot for any Pokemon go players.
