Confirmed from Mitch Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Mitch Park in Edmond, OK is a true community treasure. It features amazing walking trails, top-tier sports facilities (basketball, pickleball, baseball), a fantastic playground, and beautiful, well-kept open spaces. Perfect for family outings, a serious workout, or just a peaceful afternoon stroll.
Nice large park with a well maintained running/walking trail that is wide enough for multiple people to use and pass each other without having to go into the grass. The surface is pretty smooth also for anyone in a wheelchair and their are no annoying sidewalk cracks that create a little bump every few feet.

- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
