We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Hike Path yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Hike Path
Path runs between the diverting reservoir and the Harlem line, beautiful views the whole way with 3 or 4 benches. In and out trail that ends near the dam off of Lower Mine Road. Supposedly a native American village was once located along this trail, potentially in the area that is now the diverting reservoir
Really nice hike, pretty flat. Reservoir water along the trail. There is now parking for trail guests only.
