Confirmed from Hilltop Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Hilltop Park
“Peaceful afternoons always you’ll find there however with that said you think with all the space there would be a dog park but there is not.”
This is a nice 7.4 acre park with an open space, a douglas fir, western redcedar, and two tables. There are a few grassy trails and a small stream. There is no parking and there are no facilities.
Very peaceful. There isn’t really anything to this park (no trails, no playground) so it is just a simple place to enjoy an evening walk.
I remember going to this hill. They let birds roam free. These aren't any normal or good birds, they'll land on your shoulder and attempt contact. Do NOT let them do that to you.
Great place to walk, sit and have a picnic, meditate, enjoy the blue sky or walk barefoot in the grass

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
