Confirmed from Hollenbeck Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring a playground, soccer field and baseball diamond, along with pickleball, tennnis and basketball courts and a snack bar.
What runners say about Hollenbeck Park
“It was a very nice but dirty park back in 2009 when I was growing up but it was just recently redone so everything is nice and clean.”
Four pickleball courts, playground, rubber running track, large field. The courts are typically busy on weekends but everyone is really friendly. 2 - 4.0 DUPR level play most days.
Nice park. They just installed new play ground equipment a walk path upgraded the sprinkler system and planted some trees and shrubbery. The only reason it's not 5 stars is it's very busy during baseball games
It was a very nice but dirty park back in 2009 when I was growing up but it was just recently redone so everything is nice and clean. They added a path for people to walk or run on, there's clean benches to eat lunch on, there's also some workout equipment.
My BF lives near this cute lil park. They recently updated it with workout equipment and new playground equipment. There is also a nice area for baseball, basketball and tennis. Whats also very new is the path around the park. This a nice little walking path for those to job and walk.
Trail conditions & character
“Saw some monarch butterflies 🦋🌞 The walking path is made from a rubbery material instead of concrete or asphalt.”
