Confirmed from Covina Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Neighborhood park with a hockey rink, softball field, picnic areas & halls for event hire.

Huge well planned spot for whatever you want. Playgrounds, swimming, teen center, exercise, tennis. Walking, just longing under a shade tree, picnics. Great get-away
I have been coming to this park, since 2009.. I jyst love this park, the used to have lions and other animal staues here, that lots of children used to play on.. but are no longer present.. but with all the renovations performed at this park, its still a gem to go to.
Lovely little park. The walking path is padded which is so nice for those with achy joints. There are lots of basketball courts. A good playground for the kids. The grass is nice and green. Lots of trees. The bathrooms are large and well maintained. There are covered picnic tables.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeRunners describe real tree cover here — it makes a summer afternoon workable
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
