Confirmed from Hollydale Regional Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Local recreation spot with wide lawns, athletic fields, basketball & tennis courts & play areas.
What runners say about Hollydale Regional Park
Hidden Gem! This park has it all, whether you are going for a walk or jog. Accesible dog park. Huge parking lots that give you access to the Los Angeles River Trail for bicycling or jogging.
Wide open shaded areas to sit. Dog park, hand ball courts horses on Sunday follow the trail past play ground
Great quiet little dog park. Not a lot of dogs, at least during our time there. Separate areas for large and small dogs. No restrooms but the bigger park has them. We ended up walking around the entire Hollydale Park.
Great green space by the LA river bike path. There is a ton of space and amenities for family and friends to get together, picnic and play.

- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
