Confirmed from All-American Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Residential park with modern playground equipment, a walking path, athletic fields & a picnic area.
What runners say about All-American Park
“It was clean and I didnt see any suspicious people during my time there (I’m always on the lookout because I have little ones).”
I love this park. The view is so picturesque. Clean most of the time. The bathroom could use seat covers. The people are nice. I have been living in Paramount since 1991. I love walking paths above and below in the center of the park.
This is a pretty hidden park in a residential neighborhood. Plenty of parking, there is a trail that runs around the park. A workout area, playground, a get together area with table and basketball courts. Large grass field.
I love this park! This small neighborhood park makes you feel safe. The park and restrooms are very clean and well maintained. The playground and picnic tables are naturally shaded by the trees in the park. Perfect to BBQ with the family! In the afternoon you will see a lot of fitness activity.
This park in the city of Páramount has narrow children's play areas, a section with small manual exercise machines, and a part of the park designed for playing soccer with two goals. There are also picnic areas, and it seems to be a popular spot for outdoor activities.
Trail conditions & character
“Small but good, it's got everything, new playgrounds, exercise equipment, restrooms, soccer fields, basketball courts, walking paths, and more!”
“Great place to stop for a bathroom break, although dogs are not allowed in the park.”
“Plenty of parking, there is a trail that runs around the park.”

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
