Confirmed from Honeysuckle Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Lit at night

Lighted regulation football fields, baseball fields, arena & a walking trail featured on 20 acres.

“A beautiful park with a mile long trail.”

I live within walking distance of the honeysuckle park and back in the 1990s this place was fantastic. I have to admit I haven't been by there recently but they have this siren that plays regularly that is annoying to say the least. Maybe pickleball has something to do with that.

We do sports year round here! Football, basketball, cheerleading, baseball, and soccer. Great coaches and the park really seems like family. Walking trail, playground, movie under the stars, summer camp, u name it and this park has it!!

★★★★★ — Taeshon , May 2018

A beautiful park with a mile long trail. There are a few exercise bars along with rope climbing and other stuff. They also have a small and big soccer field, baseball area.

Loved it. Well kept. Did a few miles plenty of parking and lots of benches to sit and tables to eat at.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

The practical stuff

  • AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
  • DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
  • ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
  • LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
