Confirmed from Hopewell Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Beautiful park great for hiking, fishing or just to get out of the house. There's a playground for the kids too
Great place to bring your little ones. A park for fishing a little and feeding the ducks. Swing sets, jungle gym and sand box. I love the little trails. I definitely would love to have my play dates here.
Park has always been a favorite of mine and for my boys when they were small. They do a pretty good job of keeping it clean, which I love. There is a playground,a creek, a pond for catch and release fishing, ducks and geese ( watch your step ,lol) a stage for entertainment and trails to walk.
( this is from my 7 year old grandson) The new playground is the BEST! Lots of climbing and a kind of zip line. The hiking trails are good and hilly ( long one is 2 miles). I always find wildlife there! And I love playing in the creek and skipping rocks. 🪨 I love feeding the ducks corn.

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
