Confirmed from Howard Peeples Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

My husband and I went tot niece's 1st birthday party out there. It was cold and windy, but the park was nice and clean. All the kids enjoyed playing and running around. There was also a baseball field, a basketball ball court, and a tennis court.

My daughter and I love this big park, she gets two different play places to choose from (one older and smaller but shadier) the only thing this park needs is some more shade trees as it gets too hot to slide and swing during the afternoon all the way until the sun sets!

This was mostly a quiet park. But some people really need to keep their pets in check. We were there visiting with our dog and it seems like no one leashed their pets there. The first guy had a small dog just running all around within about 20' or less of him.

Nice park, we go here quite a bit. My son plays baseball here. There are 2 playgrounds that are both honestly pretty good in their own right. There are pickleball courts if that's your game, as well as 2 basketball courts and even a disk golf course. Which is pretty nice to just walk through even if you don't play.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 9 mentions

“To be fair, we didn't check out the restroom facilities, but judging by the rest of the park, I have to imagine they were clean and kept.”
