Great park with lots to do. Fishing year round with the fish and game stocking often. Public restrooms and portable toilets. Nice trails. Rock climbing for kids, play structures and tennis courts. Alot of ducks and geese... be careful they are aggressive, there's signs that say DO NOT FEED GEESE.
I can't believe this place even exists in the middle of Santa Rosa. I dropped my daughter off an thought ill go for a little drive while I wait when I came across it. The place is quite amazing ill definitely say.
Great place to walk/hike. You can also camp, paddle board, fish, swim, ride their little train, and a bunch of other stuff. A ton of people bring their dogs. Others ride their horses. Parking is free, and the area is beautiful.
Great place to bring kids to play, there's a playground area, picnic tables, a train (not working currently. During summer there's plenty more to do, small boat rentals, a carousel, and a place to get snacks. Plenty of parking and room to roam.
