Confirmed from Trione-Annadel State Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Large park featuring hiking trails, fields of wildflowers & Lake Ilsanjo for fishing with a license.

This is a beautiful park with nice trails and amazing views. Bursting with life, this park is bound to leave you breathless one way or another. I don't hike as much as I would like too, so my stamina isn't the best. That being said, I didn't struggle at all while hiking around sunset.
Stunning views and miles of trails! Great for a MTN bike ride, a trail run, or a hike. There's something fot everyone here. Some trails are definitely more technical than others, so plan accordingly. A wonderful trail network though and well maintained.
We had such an amazing hike here that I hesitate to talk about it. We have hiked all over California and the West, and were delighted to find this beautiful and serene place. There are miles of trails, some very rocky, so care is required going up and down.
You can get there through numerous trails, even from Howard Park or Spring Lake. Either trail takes you through awesome scenery and plenty of chances to observe wildlife. The lake itself is beautiful. There are lots of areas with picnic tables, and fishing, not to mention swimming. But beware of the poison oak!
