Confirmed from Spring Lake Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Sizable park featuring a campground, swimming lagoon & lake plus 9.7 miles of multi-use trails.

I can’t believe I live so close to this gem. I love running the different courses, and there’s some elevation/inclines to help with training. Rent out kayaks, canoes, a local swimming hole (seasonal), camping, and so many trails to hike/run. The fishing is great too!
I have been enjoying this treasured park for almost 40 years. There are so many activities offered & I think I’ve tried most of them- picnicking, biking, hiking, paddling, fishing and today I had the pleasure of volunteering for the Annual Dog Bark Festival- too fun seeing all the dogs running freely and splashing in…
This park pretty much has something for everyone. From hikers, cyclists, runners, boaters, fishers, birders, swimmers, families with kids, and dog walkers, this is a great place to visit. With so much to offer, the only real downside is how crowded it can get.
Depending on the activity that you do in Spring Lake Park, you can have an entertaining moment outdoors with family, friends, partner, or for yourself. Usually a friend and I walk or run around the park so I can say that it is very relaxing by the way you watch and share space with people and see different activities…
